About Mosaic Travels

Welcome to Mosaic Travels! We offer unique group trips for Muslims from the Netherlands and Belgium. With larger travel organisations, a group trip quickly includes a wine tasting — or have you ever been disappointed by a restaurant menu where the whole group has to eat? Not enough vegetarian options, let alone halal. We take all those worries away and find the best restaurants where you can eat halal or choose freely from vegetarian and fish dishes.

Because we work on a small scale, we give everyone personal attention. We stay in the same hotel as our fellow travellers, we eat where you eat. This creates a close-knit travel group that gets to know each other before the trip — in the Netherlands or Belgium. Who do you get along with? The group composition is also different from a large-scale travel organisation: you can recognise yourself in your fellow travellers and have a lot in common with them.

Owner Tijani Goullet and permanent team member Hichame Chenik already have ten years of experience with group travel. We've been to the United States three times and have also done Canada, London, Dubai and Morocco. Now we're reaching out to all Muslims in the Netherlands and Belgium — and non-Muslims are also very welcome to join.

With Mosaic Travels we focus on far-away destinations like Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan. Tijani Goullet studied history and works as a journalist; Hichame Chenik studied tourism. We always hire local guides to tell you that little bit extra about the rich Islamic history of every destination. Yallah — come with us!
