Malaysia is one of the most comfortable destinations for Muslim travellers in Southeast Asia: a majority-Muslim country where halal food is everywhere, mosques are abundant, and the culture is warm and welcoming. From the glittering Petronas Towers of Kuala Lumpur to the UNESCO-listed streets of George Town in Penang and the ancient rainforests of the Cameron Highlands, this group trip offers a rich mix of city, culture, and nature. Prayer times are always accounted for in our itinerary.
The itinerary
Today the group departs from Amsterdam for Kuala Lumpur. During the flight there is time to relax and prepare for a varied journey through Malaysia.
After arrival we travel on to Malacca, a historic city with colonial influences. The afternoon and evening are free to recover from the journey or explore the city at your own pace.
Today we take a city tour of Malacca. We discover its rich history and visit, among other sights, the impressive Floating Mosque, beautifully situated on the water.
We travel on to Kuala Lumpur. En route or after arrival we visit the famous Batu Caves, an important cultural and religious symbol of Malaysia.

After Friday prayers we travel on to the Cameron Highlands. Along the way we take a countryside tour and enjoy the rural Malaysian landscape.
